A concept should be made in such a way that it not only appeals the countrymen also attracts the outside world. For this to happen, the government should appoint a promotional agency who can strengthen the national games, presenting it as a brand to the COMPANIES and attracts PEOPLE towards it. Now it is up-to the agency how-well it works with the amount granted to them for the promotion in a cost effective manner while generating the maximum market opportunities.
NOW WHAT A PROMOTIONAL AGENCY SHOULD DO IS........
1) collecting stats of earlier national games like....visitors, their expenditure, facilities provided to them and their response.
2) Now one should make the future plans from the earlier data and prevailing conditions in the market.
******attracting the viewers & sponsors builds the brand...so the agency should study the psychology of an individual and market conditions very well ,what kind of facilities, promotions and information should be provided.
These are just the basic points to be considered by the agency while mktg for national games....how to do it(the ways will be discussed later .....)

totally agree for waat u ve said.....lets face it india is known for its cricket in d international arena.......who knows national sports and waat d government has done for it......honestly for me "WE DO NOT WANT TO PROMOTE"........how many people in india are interested towards natinal games......for me change is needed at grass root level...we ve to change our natinal games image in india it self and den develop further......its a gradual process but we need a drastic change....
ReplyDeleteमनीष..राष्ट्रीय खेल एक बार फिर से स्थगित हो गये हैं|खेल गाँव का आपने जो नक्शा दिखाया है ,वह महीनों बाद भी नक्शा ही रह गया | यहाँ आपकी बात बहुत महत्वपुर्ण है कि इनकी मार्केटिंग कायदे से होनी चाहिये,पर जब हम राष्ट्रमंडल खेलों की ही मार्केटिंग नहीं कर पाए तो राष्ट्रीय खेलों के लिये तो एड़ी चोटी का जोर लगाना होगा

ReplyDeleteit has been delayed due to elections,naxals and other things....n yes.. you said very correct that our marketing strategies should have been better...what i think is that national games should be our first priority in our country so that our country can get good sports youngsters.
and to attract them government nd the general public should take interest in it.
